Due to the misanthropic nature of the man who occupies this room no pictures have been allowed or ever will be allowed to be published over the internet. All we can show you from this room is the results of repairs made that all other shops refused to consider. At Pacific Plating no job is beyond our skillset. If you have a part that is in rough shape and no aftermarket or used part is availlable then we are your last hope. If we can’t fix it then odds are that no one can. Here are some pics of the process. Before Here is a part that is common for us at Pacific Plating. You can see the effects of years of rust and oxidation. The other guys said the part was garbage. We said not a problem. Click on all images in this website to make larger. Here is the part after soldering. All the holes and ruts have been filled up. We don’t rely on gimmicky metal sprays or other stop gap approaches here. We use plain old Tin and Lead.  Soldering Repairs Complete With the repair works done, this part is ready for a date with the plating tanks. More acid copper and polishing are the next steps. Final Result The part has now finished the plating cycle and eagerly awaits the blue ribbon that will be placed on it after winning the car show.
