Repair Room
Hydraulic Press
Any bumpers or parts that are damaged have a stopover in the Repair
Room. Here any dents are hammered out, or pressed out if required. All
required welding is performed and for bumpers further measurements
are taken.
Templates
At Pacific Plating we have templates for most bumpers, rebars
and other automobile parts. Unlike most other shops, we do
our repairs without any guesswork, to exact specifications.
Hammers
Straightening bumpers requires templates, welding equipment, a hydraulic
press, but the main tool for metal straightening is a hammer. Actually you
need many, many hammers and a technician who knows how to swing one.
Our straightener has over 30 years experience and can swing a hammer all
day long without breaking a sweat.
